How to place an order to tie in with a house move date?
Many customers require new furniture for when they move into a new home and sometimes need a. little help for the best way to order on our website so that the furniture doesnt get delivered too early before they move into their new home. Customers also dont want to be waiting in their new home for too long after their moving in date without having furniture so this quick quide should hopefully help things to go smoothly.
On our website checkout page we have a "delivery comments box" as shown below where a note can be left requesting delivery after a specific date as shown in the example below. Alternatively, you can request us to hold off on delivery until you make contact with our delivery team to confirm that you are ready by tapping that into a quick note in the delivery box. We try to run Top Furniture as efficiently as possible but we realise how important it is to offer a strong delivery service so we refuse to cut any corners in this area. We use our own in house team of staff to ensure that deliveries are planned efficiently and run smoothly and that all of our customers get to speak to one of our own employees to get them booked in for delivery. Many of our competitors outsource their delivery service to third party companies which makes it much harder to manage the quality of the delivery service as the people delivering your order don't
